ToyaBaldwinToya Baldwin has over 15 years’ experience as a personal injury paralegal at Casper & de Toledo.

She received her BS from Sacred Heart University, in Fairfield, Connecticut, and also holds an MBA and an MIS. A substantial portion of Toya’s caseload is devoted to traumatic brain injury cases and cases on the complex litigation docket. Her technological ability and background make her a valuable asset during courtroom presentations.  She also plays a significant role in the implementation of our IT system. Toya is a Connecticut notary public.

 

 

 

 


Nancy Matzinger has nearly 15 years’ experience as a paralegal in a variety of fields.

She received her BS in Psychology from Western Illinois University. Nancy’s caseload consists of both personal injury and employment law cases. Prior to joining Casper & de Toledo, in addition to being a personal injury paralegal, Nancy had extensive experience as an estate planning and corporate paralegal, and also assisted with office management responsibilities. Nancy volunteers at her children’s schools, as well as on the PTO boards, including the executive board. She has also chaired a number of school and school board activities. Nancy is a Connecticut notary public.

Prior to joining Casper & de Toledo, Robert worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in Manhattan as a complex securities paralegal. He received his BA in Psychology and Economics from Williams College. His caseload consists of both personal injury and employment law cases.
