Biography

Toya Baldwin has over twenty years of experience as a personal injury paralegal at Casper & de Toledo.

She received her BS from Sacred Heart University, in Fairfield, Connecticut, and also holds an MBA and an MIS. A substantial portion of Toya’s caseload is devoted to traumatic brain injury cases and cases on the complex litigation docket. Her technological ability and background make her a valuable asset during courtroom presentations. She also plays a significant role in the implementation of our IT system. Toya is a Connecticut notary public.
