Biography
Art Laske has nearly thirty years of experience as a civil litigator. Prior to joining Casper & de Toledo as an Of Counsel Attorney, Art served as an Assistant City Attorney and Deputy City Attorney for the City of Bridgeport, Connecticut, where he defended the City and its employees in areas including wrongful death, medical malpractice, negligence, and employment matters.
Art received his undergraduate degree in 1984 from Boston College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut in 1988. In addition to being admitted to the Connecticut State Bar, Attorney Laske is also admitted to practice in The United States District Court, District of Connecticut, and The United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. He also serves as an elected member of the Board of Finance of the Town of Easton, Connecticut. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association.
