Victoria de Toledo primarily handles employment and personal injury cases. In the employment area, she represents individuals who have been terminated, as well as employees who need assistance or protection in their current employment. She represents clients with claims involving age discrimination, sexual harassment, sex/gender discrimination, and disability discrimination. She also represents individuals who are wrongfully terminated because they blew the whistle on an employer’s wrongdoing. She also assists individuals in the drafting and review of their employment contracts, severance agreements, and non-competition agreements. In the personal injury area, she represents individuals who have been injured in automobile accidents, negligently maintained premises, and sexual assaults. She also handles legal malpractice claims.
